The final virtual public meeting for the draft Tompkins County Joint Safety Action Plan (JSAP) will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 6:30 PM. The Village of Lansing has participated with 10 local municipalities and organizations on this multi-year effort. The JSAP will provide recommendations and strategies to improve safety at identified locations and help eliminate deaths and serious injuries throughout the region. The goal is to help make Tompkins County safer for all road users including people who drive, walk, bike, or ride transit.
